### MCC Licensure Pathway Navigation Service Expression of interest 

The MCC Licensure Pathway Navigation Service offers eligible internationally trained physicians a free, one-on-one virtual consultation to help you better understand medical practice pathways that may be available in Canada based on your education, training and experience. The service consists of one personalized consultation with an MCC advisor.

Tell us about yourself by completing this short expression of interest form. We’ll review the information you provide, along with relevant information in your physiciansapply.ca account, to understand your circumstances and whether the service may be a good fit for you.

*The Licensure Pathway Navigation Service is currently being offered as a pilot and we have a limited number of consultations available. Note that submitting this form does not guarantee that you will be offered a consultation. Consultations will be offered to those who meet the eligibility criteria based on availability and in the order submissions are received.*

*Our Licensure Navigation Specialists are fully bilingual, and you may receive your consultation in either English or French, regardless of the language you use to complete this form.*

What happens after you submit the form?

One of our advisors will review the information you provide to get an initial understanding of your circumstances and whether the Licensure Pathway Navigation Service may be a good fit for you. 

If you meet the initial eligibility criteria and we believe the service could be helpful to you, we will get in touch to learn more about your individual experience and goals. We’ll ask for some additional information about your medical education, postgraduate training and practice experience so that your advisor can better understand your situation and prepare for a personalized conversation with you. 

If the service is not the right fit for you at this time, we will let you know and, where possible, direct you to information and resources that may help with your next steps.

The Licensure Pathway Navigation Service is designed to help you make sense of your options and explore medical practice pathways that may be available to you. Your advisor can help you understand potential next steps and where to go to confirm the requirements that apply to you.

Because every pathway has its own requirements and decisions are made by the responsible programs and medical regulatory authorities, we cannot guarantee that you will be eligible for a particular pathway, accepted into a program, or receive medical registration or licensure in Canada.

You remain in control of your next steps. This includes confirming program and regulatory requirements, and making and managing your own applications. The MCC cannot submit applications on your behalf, advocate for your application, or make licensing or registration decisions. 

Eligibility and selection requirements can change at any time and without notice. Always confirm requirements directly with your preferred provincial or territorial program.

## Before you begin

This form includes questions about the initial eligibility criteria for the Licensure Pathway Navigation Service. To submit an expression of interest, you must meet all of the eligibility criteria described in the form.

If you reach a required eligibility question and none of the available responses apply to you, you do not currently meet the criteria for the service and will not be able to submit the form.
